September was a great month in the lab. Kindergarten is already progressing very well and many are well on their way to mastering the mouse!
First grade created their dots for International Dot Day. Here is a slide show that all of first grade created together. I really came together nicely.
Second grade has been brushing up on their keyboarding and word processing skills. While learning how to Copy and Paste, we also had a chance to learn about different animal classifications.
Third Grade and Fourth Grade are embarking on the USA-SOS Internet Challenge. The purpose of the Challenge is to promote cyber citizenship among students by engaging them in a fun, age-appropriate, competitive online program where they learn how to safely and responsibly use the internet.
It has been All About 5th grade lately! We have had lots of fun researching interesting facts about ourselves and now we are working on presenting this information in a Keynote slide show. I am looking forward to seeing how each student chooses to express themselves! They are a creative bunch!
